Client Satisfaction

Under the Pilot Program for Rural Financial Services (implemented by Red FASCO and supported by ICCO, this workshop aimed at building a closer relationship between microfinance associations and their members. Through basic theory and practical exercises, including the use of socio-dramas, participants were directed to a common reflection on the importance of the relationships of the institutions with their customers. An approach towards achieving sustainability in these relationships was provided, based on themes like service delivery, data management, problem solving and communication skills.
